Tommy Oteri, the son of Gaetano Thomas Oteri, told the D.A., quote: “I speak for the whole family. We believe it was an accident, and we don’t want him to be prosecuted.”
Richard Fagan, Tommy Oteri and Bridgette Fox will be carrying on Tom Sr.’s legacy with Broadminded Music, LLC, (BMI). Richard Fagan is back to writing songs... Songs that would make his friend, Gaetano "Tommy" Oteri proud.
